My south washington coastal hunt.

I decided to drive to the coast today for a quick hunt... This was the habitat that I decided to hunt in today.. Its coastal dune grass, and then it transitions into a shore pine forest..

Believe it or not, but I did not find one active at all in the dune grass, hunted for over an hour and a half in that. Then I decided to go into the shore pine forest area, that still had dune grass running througout it. I found these 2 strange to me mushrooms... This is the strange one...
 and the other right here..

And here is my only active finds of the day, a buttload of Amanita muscaria, growing amongst the shore pines...

Im stoked about the amanita, but I would have loved to have found some actives in the dune grasses, not sure why nothing was there.... but it was a nice hunt anyhow..

Happy hunting and good luck!
