 The Sad Grow Log **PICS**

So I decided to try and grow shrooms, and it was starting to work out pretty well.
-LOG-
9/1/09 - 12 Jars were sterilized and inoculated. (4 p. buff, 4 S.A, & 4EQ)
9/21/09 – 11 Jars are 90-100% colonized. 1 Jar (EQ) stalling (30-40% colonization).
9/24/09 – 6 Jars were sterilized and inoculated. (4 S.A, 2 p. buff) ‘
9/29/09 – 11 Jars were dunked for 24 hours, 1 jar still colonizing at 70-80%.
9/30/09 – 11 PF Cakes were rolled in vermiculite and placed in a shotgun terrarium with 4 inches of perlite. (Fan 8 times/day, mist 4 times/day)
10/01/09 - 3 PF Cakes show pinning, avg temp. 70-75F. RH 99% 1 Jar colonizing at +/- 90%( EQ) 6 Jars (4 S.A, 2 p. buff) show mycelium growth.
10/2/09 - 6 Jars were sterilized and Inoculated (4 EQ, 2 p. buff)
10/3/09 – 7 PF Cakes are pinning, 1 cake has a developing mushroom.
After a series of unfortunate events... I ended up with only two cakes which i put in a hobo's terranium. The first (hobo)cake's harvest came down to 98.4g fresh.

Yes I really am excited! Also any more details you could give us? Like strain, spawn, substrate? The more the merrier

Strains are South American, Pink Buffalo and EQ.

Just make sure thoes bottom holes on the FC are not restricted keep the FC propped up a few inches

Can you fill in the blanks... how did you go from 10+ in the shotgun to 2 in the hobo? help me avoid your fate.
