damn... had a 4 hour sleep paralysis session yesterday, one of the worse I've ever had... everytime I would finaly snap out of it, I couldn't keep myself awake long enough to shift positions and I'd slip right back into it... entity was there in full force, been awhile since that's happened
also felt like I was being stabbed in the back of my leg with an electrified knife the entire time... that was pretty fuckin lame
eventually made it out of my body and had a grand ol time... spawned rockets on the bottom of my feet like astral boy to get around easier

Ok this is what happens to me from time to time.
I will wake up half way and feel that I can neither move nor talk. I will either see a shadow person or feel its presence on top of me or stuck to my side. I will feel some kind of energy being drained from me, I think its sexual energy. I will often times wake up screaming "mommy" or "mom" as loud as I can.
Its pretty weird when it happens. Seems to happen more when I drink alcohol.
The funny thing is that its probably one of my more mild paranormal experiences...

My god that sounds identical to what happens to me. Never make it outta me body though haha. If I go to sleep on opiates it doesn't matter if I shift positions it happens anyway. I notice I feel this pulsation thing in my head even after I get up and walk around the house. Whenever this pulsation thing is going on I go into sleep paralysis without fail every time. The other night I had an asthma attack and sleep paralysis at the same time. Its hard enough to breath in normal sleep paralysis so asthmatic sleep paralysis was mad shit. Wasn't hard to find the motivation to pull myself outta paralysis though haha.

yeah opiates have helped me have some of the longest astral projection sessions I've ever had... the paralysis comes on real quick, then POP... out of my body for hours and hours....
and I know what you mean by the pulsating actually, I can tell if I'm gonna be having a night of sleep paralysis hours before I go to bed because of it.
