Does anyone know how much karo syrup would be best to use in a quart jar of lc? I can measure ml's in my beaker, just wondering if anyone out there knows a good ratio for Karo tsp's or mls per qaurt/ mls,water per qaurt /cc of spores per qaurt, for a quart jar lc?

Great thanks FeelFunny, this is my first Lc, I used red rtv to seal the air tube into the LC lid for my air port tube,I was going to use Polyfill inside the air tube for a filter, can Polyfill survive the heat in PC? or should I use Tyvek? this filler does go in the tube before PCing right?

i just made a hole in the middle put RTV over it and thats it.
