It isn't unusual for spores to take over a week to germinate and be visible to the naked eye.
However, that second picture looks like bacterial contamination to me. A lot of the kernels look like they have a milky/greasy halo. How does it smell? Sniff the filter patch. If it smells like gym socks or really anything bad you are screwed. I also see those dots your are talking about. If its a mold you'll know in a couple days. It will likely spread quickly.

Damn I knew it. I'm going to keep the bag for a couple more weeks to develop and study the bacteria/mold. I'm not going to open it, I just want to be able to document with better photos later on so people can identify this shit quicker.
And of course, very thoroughly clean the area as well. I can trust the filter to keep the shit that's in the back, IN the bag right? In otherwords, that shit won't get out and make my family sick, will it?

This marks the end of week 2. It's starting to grow grayish shit over the top 2inches. I don't believe it to be mycelium. I have my bag storred in an area that's 80-85 degrees. I'm wondering if this was too hot. I also had injected the bag with a total of 3cc's of spores.
Aside from the grey shit, there's still a bunch of small orange dots, exploded rye grains, and a bit more of 'juice' on the bottom. It still hasn't started to pool yet, however I'm certain now that mold has taken over.
GOD FKING DAMN IT!

lol I don't have another bag. Waiting on Jars to ship to me, but won't get here till next week. I may buy some brown rice and try sterilizing an old pasta sauce jar just to keep me entertained.

72-80 degrees is best. Mycellium produce their own heat; Incubating just creates warmer temperatures that molds/bacteria's love. You'll find posts from multiple trusted members (RR, agar etc etc) that recommend lower temps to incubate.
My FOAF allows his to incubate at room temperature; which for him is about 78 degrees.

Higher temps also create condensation on the sides of the bag/jars which also creates a nice little environment for molds/bacteria.
