 Questions regarding wood lovers/edibles.

Going balls out into cultivating wood lovers, and would love some advice.
I have:
1 culture syringe – shiitake
1 culture syringe – lions mane
1 culture syringe - enoki
1 spore print (soon to be spore syringe) - golden oyster
My plan:
-For all species (save enoki) – Inoculate 5 q. grain spawn / 2 LC’s each
-Spawn to supplemented sawdust filter patch bags (oak - alder sawdust/wheat-oat bran/gypsum)
-Fruit at appropriate conditions in automated greenhouse
-For enoki – Inoculate 5 q. grain spawn / 2 LCs, spawn to supplemented sawdust qt. jars and fruit out of jar with plastic collar for cO2 buildup.
Questions:
-What should the LCs for wood lovers be made from? Somewhere I saw to put a little of the sawdust in there to prepare them for the final fruiting substrate, is this right? Maple syrup??
-How much grain spawn to use (what ratio) for one 8” gusseted filter patch bag? Im guessing they will be 4-5 lb. bags.
-Do enoki need to be cased if fruiting from sawdust jars?

Bumpin..
So I inoculated 5 shiitake grain jars and 5 lions mane grain jars today.
I also made 2 quarts of supplemented sawdust jars and shot some enoki LC on them.
I decided to hold off on the oysters and focus on the colder fruiting species.
PS- pause for the cause, bong rip for post 420!

1) Wood-lover LC per Stamets = 1000 ml water, 40 grams barley malt sugar, 3-5 grams hardwood sawdust, 2 grams yeast, 1 gram calcium sulfate. (no maple syrup)
2) 1:10 ratio spawn:bag (1 quart spawn per 5 1/2 gal grain)
3) Whether or not wood-lovers gain an advantage with a casing layer is arguable. If you do NOT use one, make sure the micro-climate is conducive to fruiting.
