I'm afraid of telling my close friends and family because I know they won't believe me... I'm very scared right now. Is there some hotline I can call or something because I no longer have the will to live...

If you're telling the truth then tell me exactly what these aliens look like in an extremely detailed description. I've seen them and know exactly what they look like so if you're lying about this, I'll know.

Apparently you are just full of shit. Alien abduction isn't something to joke about. There are poor people on this planet who have had to go through this, which is the most traumatizing experience a human can have. I hope you do get abducted for joking about this. Anonymous #1: I know you're probably freaked the hell out right now, but try to stay calm. What you experienced as an "alien abduction" last night, in reality it was almost certainly an episode of sleep paralysis.
Maybe it'd help you sort things out if you read about sleep paralysis and it's connection to reports of alien abduction.

Also, think about the fact that any alien would have to travel for hundreds of years (assuming they have technology to approach light speed) to reach us if they were coming from a nearby system. If they're from further out, it would take longer than that.
No matter how high the odds are of other sentient life in the universe, the odds of us ever meeting said life are virtually nil.

They can somehow open up wormholes and travel through them to take shortcuts from one end of the universe to another. We humans are just monkeys that can talk. We know nothing. Furthermore, it's not possible to prove that something has never happened, it's only possible to prove that it has. And proof is the one component consistently missing from the numerous alien encounter stories.
