I don't know what formula they're using.
All they're saying is that based on their advert content and # of hits and click-throughs, they can net so much money. They must have a formula that says you'll have a certain-year ROI so it's worth so much.
Now if shrooms were legalized this place would be a billion-dollar IPO.

Those appraisal sites give some pretty different values, I wouldn't place too much trust in any of them.
The highest unsolicited offer we've received for the site was 6 grand. We wouldn't sell out for less than 6 mil. So there's a bit of a discrepancy there.
