Hypothetical Contamination Questions

I'd like to ask a couple of questions about what contamination
may be safe and what would not, simple curiosity.
I'd like to describe a few hypothetical contamination issues
for a possible ID. (Southeast US)
5 as follows:

1: On Rye- A small, puce-colored splotch. Not particularly thick.
No fuzz, no spread.

2: On Casing- Thin Green Wires, like fine fishing line. Most of them aren't even in immediate contact
with a casing, rather only at the pin-point ends. On top of casing.

3: On Casing- (very common) Rust-Colored Splotches, very thin layer. Predominantly on the
bottom, sometimes on sides. Scratches off. Looks to be "sponge-dabbed" on.
(Fruits taken don't seem to cause health problems. Does not inhibit fruiting)

4: On Casing- (very common) Looks Like Rendered Animal Fat (like the stuff on the side of dog food cans), only more clear / translucent. Seems to inhibit fruiting when amassed in large amount. Does not seem to impede in small amounts. Typically occurs on the bottom.
Fruits have slightly orange tint on interior.
Fruits don't seem to have caused sickness.
I'm also curious to know if this is some kind of waste.

5: In Jar: Bright pink fuzz. Puffy quality, looks almost as if non-rhizomorphic mycelium was pink (though it is obviously not mycelium).

So would someone mind listing the possibly identities of these contams (or lack thereof) and what their possible repercussions are? Also, I'd like to
know roughly how many toxins are mild to moderate and how many are very bad (in a percentage respect to each other).

Would anyone mind identifying what these could possibly be and which
are particularly bad among them?

It's usually not good practice to eat contaminated/moldy food. you might get sick

2,3 and 5 sound like mold. 4 sounds like bacteria. 1 might be mold, but might just be natural discoloration

pictures would help.

Although hypothetically, is the one-time feeling of a mild kidney cramp a common condition? =P

I heart poisoning myself.

I figured 4 seemed kind of like it would be bacteria.

Although I think the rust splotches are also bacteria.

(Still speaking hypothetically), the "rust" always comes
first, which leads me to believe that the "fat" may very well
feed on it. :]
