Today at work I noticed a lot of mushrooms growing around a pile of dirt that I'm fairly sure has cow shit in it.

Can anyone positively ID these?

Also , to take a spore print shouldn't I put a glass over them to induce the spores to drop? I think I read that somewhere.

Those don't look like cubes to me.
If you use a glass to print make sure the lip of the glass hangs over the foil to allow for some air exchange.

100% not cubes
But cool looking mushrooms either way
Wait for trusted identifier to say if they are edible or not. Prob not, but it's possible.
Also, to make a spore print...cut the stems off and place the cap(s) on a piece of aluminum foil with a cup over the cap. Should have a color in 1 to 12 hours depending on maturity of the cap and moisture levels and other factors. Sometimes you wont get a spore print if too old/dry, but these caps will give you one for sure.

I've been picking cubes a long time & they look like miniature cubes. I'm waiting on the spore print & bruising. I've seen them come up like this before out of a bundle of hay. That time I was 100% sure they were cubes. These look a little funny to me. I'm not going to eat them , I just want to know what they are. The gill color looks a little off to me for a cube. I am thinking stropharia.

Please do not wait until they bruise; you will be waiting a long time! Bruising is a chemical process that, if specie does, will occur immediately when the mushroom is damaged or during the natural growth process.

Definitely off for a cubensis, though also for a Stropharia specie; they are quite similar to cubensis.
I would listen to Inski's intuition on this one, but none the less, take the spore print and figure out what specie it is to build your identification skills. Keep searching and spreading those spores!

Definately not cubes. If you have been hunting cubes a LONG time you should be able to tell a cube from something else. Those are something else. It looks nothing like a cube to me. There aren't even any veil remnants. And with cubes you would notice blue bruising.

You'd have to see them growing to really see what I'm talking about. I'm not saying they are , just that they looked remarkably like them when growing.
Anyway , the spore print didn't take. When I got home from work today , there were maggots all over them . I just tossed them.
