Didn't abunch of snakes escape from a zoo or something during one of the hurricanes, and now they're starting to populate the south? Or was that a dream I had?
I imagine if it really happened, this was a product of that.... Or maybe someone let their pet go...

The origin of Burmese pythons in Florida habitats is the international pet trade -- more than 144,000 Burmese pythons have been imported to the U.S. in the past five years. The snake, usually sold for less than $20 when young, grow quickly and can attain a length of 20 feet. Many pet owners release their snakes go in the wild well before they reach this size.

Weird.
At some point before its stomach ruptured, wouldn't the python stop and think: "this is just a tad too large".

It really is a scary thought that the monster 20+ foot Burmese pythons and 30+ foot reticulated pythons have been introduced to south Florida. There is also a small population of Cobras down there now too.
Crazy ass Floridans, quit releasing your pets into the wild.

Depends on how it's cooked. I've had alligator 3 times and I've decided that it's my favorite meat product. But I'm shit out of luck finding alligator meat in NJ.
If you were wondering, frog legs taste like really, really greasy chicken and they smell like... frogs. The smell is enough to kill it for me.
