I am so happy I got my first pins yesterday and so I know I will be enjoying some 'shrooms soon. I was wondering how long it takes to get from pin to full grown mushroom? Also I have like 5 strains and I didnt label them very well and have no idea what is what. Can someone give me a good link that gives descriptions and as many pics as possible? I looked at the strain discussion on this site but would like to see some more pics of each strain.

from pin to picking is about 4 or 5 days. they grow fast.usually strains look so similar it is very difficult to tell the difference unless you have penis envy or something. best bet would to go to ralphsters or sporeworks website and look at the sample pics.

Check out the Strain/Race/Variety Thread at the very top of the cultivation forum. Cervantes put together alot of information about every Cube strain (er... race.. sorry) I've ever herd of and dozens I hadn't. Past that, ROGER was right. About 4-5 days for them to grow in fully, and hopping on ralphsters or sporeworks is a great way to hunt down different strains. Then again Cervantes thread covered pretty much everything form history to physical characteristics.

your not gonna be able to tell 5 different strains apart, Unless like ROGER5676 said you have PE or some other very unique strain. I would just not worry about it's happened to me before. It's also gonna be hard to dry 5 different strain & keep them separate. Good luck to ya tho.

I usually hear 2-5 days, but I haven't been lucky enough yet to have my pins mature in just two days. Instead, they spend 3-4 days growing slowly and then have a big growth spurt on the last two days.
