As soon as the beer began showing on my gut I started hit the gym four times a week.
How able bodied people let themselves get in such a state is beyond me. Seriously, 1 hour of excercise, 3 times a week, and a semi-decent diet will not only make you not fat but will get you pretty healthy and even ripped

Exactly.
How people spend 8 hours a day at work, several hours doing computers/TV/games etc.
Yet they can't dedicate 1 hour to their health?

Not to mention how much better you feel. Pretty sure our bodies are not intended to be obese.

Right on. I'm a computer programmer who spends 40+ hours a week slumped in front of a PC but I still get my ass to the gym a few times a week
