First of all, stop talking about Amsterdam like its a country.
Yes, in Holland magic mushrooms are now banned except for truffles (sclerotia). You are allowed to grow your own shrooms using growkits.
The idea about 3 days waiting before picking the shrooms up was brought up during the discussions about banning shrooms. As far as I know that idea was never introduced.

..Yes, I know they are banned...I was there for awhile about a month ago...just saying that it wasn't that difficult for me to buy actual dry hawaii pans and mexicans (i don't really love truffles) in smart shops..I guess it depends on how you go about it
