My Elm Oyster plan. Comments and help please...

I have about 4 quarts of fully colonized elm oyster WBS spawn. This is my plan for it.
Monotub/shotgun style FC Steps I'll take
1. Pasturize Coir/Verm/Worm Castings with Lime buffer for 1 and half hours at 140f (Perhaps I should add some TP/Newspaper or a little brf to the mix?
2. FC Construction: Rubbermaid tub with shot gun style holes on sides and lid with two drinking glasses in each corner filled half filled with water with an air stone bubbling through each glass (Fish tank pumps). The bulk substrate with then be filled in the bottom of the tub using black bin packet lining the bottom and around the drinking glasses, monotub style. Cover tub with bin bags and wait for full colonization.
3. Fruiting: The current temp in my area ranges from 13-24 degrees (colder at night) with an RH of 60-90% So I figure Shot gun with bubblers and fanning/misting 2-3 times a day should provide enough FAE (essential for oysters) while keeping humidity good.
So does this sound good? If I added a little BRF to my bulk mix would I then have to sterilize and not pasteurize?
will a casing layer help or is it not necessary for oysters?
Thanks all.

Elm oysters will fruit just fine from a horizontal surface, but you'll get stunted mushrooms with small caps using a monotub method. (Too much CO2 buildup!) Elms have tasty stems, but they need to get thicker before you harvest, otherwise they're way too chewy.
As far as temperature range, I've had them fruit at near freezing temperatures, up into the 80s F.

I'm currently looking for cultures of the following species:
Calocybe indica, Chlorophyllum rachodes, Lentinula boryana, Polyporus umbellatus

IF BRF you must sterilize.
TP, Cardboard, or Newspaper are fine pasteurized or laundered. Also cotton rags. These preceding will hold the water Verm is unnecessary.

Humidity probably good but I agree with Parasthesia, not enough FAE in your tub. Suggest coolmist or a computer fan and ultrasonic mist from above. RR said Oysters like to fruit in a "descending mist". Worked for me.

Yes

Couldn't hurt, but don't need to.
Good growing.
