I met several different gals off the Craiglist and AmericanSingles.com ,probably 16 of them.
only one was worth dating.
most were messed up in the head or too damn ugly(they didn't look like the picture they had posted).
I swear that one gal was 10 to 15 years older than what she said she was.
One gal looked like a Duck, my friend and my son still kid me about Duck Lady...
and that was over 2 1/2 years ago.

One time I posted a bunch of personal ads on craigslist. Some of them were pretty honest and said I was into hiking, psychedelics, etc, and others I just copy/pasted from personal ads in other cities.
No one answered the honest ones, but there was one ad that I posted that got an answer. It was the least honest of all of them - It basically said I am really boring, nice guy, stable, etc and I would really like to meet someone like me.
Some chick wrote back and wanted to meet up for coffee in san francisco. She didn't even send a pic or ask for mine, which I thought was weird.
So I am like whatever, I show up at the coffee place and order some tea. In a few minutes she comes in. She was pretty ugly, not hideous but not even vaguely attractive. Her personality is what I really remember though. She was a lawyer or something. Very straight laced, extremely uncool, and amazingly boring.
You get what you ask for, apparently.

I have a few myspace horror stories.......actually two, and they were within the same two week period.
I was kinda pissed at being single for a minute, and I hadn't been laid in like 6th months so I was doing the creepy.....Hey How's it goin.....myspace message thing.
I guess that only works on creepy girls......
This chick messages me back and invites me to come kick it.
