Noob needs two ID's on Victorian mushrooms

Hey, I found two small patches of mushrooms last night, about half a metre apart, growing on an old tree stump that had mulch around and on it. (Also, sorry for the horrible photos =S Hoping that there's still a chance that you'll be able to pick them. Also, these were found in lower Victoria.

#1 - Bright white stems, the gills have a blueish tinge but do not bruise noticably when pinched, these also had a lot of chicken feces in and around them, if that helps.

#2, photo for this is horrible, but, I thought it would be worth a try, ( my camera is disgusting ) These are quite sticky and fall apart easily, leaving a solid black residue on whatever surface they're placed on, and the patch of these was right next to the first ones.
Any help would be much appreciated, thankyou.

the first one is certainly coprinus. but as for the second one, i cannot really tell at all. there is a chance that they may be subs? hygrocybe conica is also a possibility.
