 NCAA lacrosse Final Four this weekend

Saturday at noon is Duke vs. Syracuse and about a half hour after that will be Cornell vs. Virginia.
Duke vs. SU is bound to be a great game for those of you who aren't into the game (aka everyone who posts here besides me) to watch. Both teams are known for their run 'n gun offenses. Lots of goals will be scored. Both teams are stacked with amazing athletes (although at this point all four teams have great athletic ability.) Syracuse probably has the best clearing goalie in the nation which means more fast break action, and Duke will counter right back. Expect the scoring to be in the teens for both teams.
The second game features probably the best team in the country (UVA) against one of the most touted players in the game for the last 4 years (Cornell's first team All-American midfielder Max Siebald.) Virginia also features who I think is the most exciting player in Shamel Bratton (by the way when black dudes play this sport and are good enough to start they're usually good enough to be the best.) He and his brother Ramel are sophomore twins. When they are on, they are fucking ON. Shamel will shoot from anywhere and if he's hitting the cage it's gonna be near impossible to stop. Both are exciting players to watch.
In total there are 8 first team All-Americans, 3 second team AAs, 5 third team AAs, and 8 AA honorable mention players involved this weekend. Definitely watch a game if you can, at least one.
National championship will be held on Monday at 1.

I know this is the second year I've been through this. I like to try and keep it at the top though.

I was going to laugh at you because nobody else had posted in this thread, but then I saw Robby had.
Drat.
That said, I was in Chicago last weekend and there was some kind of hullaballo going on about the Northwestern lacrosse team.
Apparently they are pretty good?
I'm not sure how that happened, since I've never even seen a lacrosse game in the Chicago area.

The Northwestern girls lacrosse team wins the national championship year in and year it. It's pretty ridiculous. They've been a program for 10 years I think and they've won the past 4 national championships, and there's no reason they won't win again this year.
That said girls lacrosse isn't really a sport.

Two dominating efforts and the finals are all upstate NY, Big Red vs the Orange. Which is appropriate since that's where the game came from.

Cortland beat Gettysburg just now for the DIII championship, if LeMoyne can beat CW Post then it's an Upstate NY sweep
