So, I have ovarian cysts, nothing cancerous just hurts off and on sometimes a lot. I wanted raise some awareness about it and tell people not to ignore the symptoms and to remind friend-family to avoid this problem by getting normal paps. Some symptoms have severe to moderate pain that comes and goes. esp. if you are late in your cycle or they are abnormally heavy, stop all together, feel a type of fullness, pressure.
Sorry it is such an unhappy topic.

In addition to all that: PCOS - Polycystic ovarian Syndrome in addition to making your life miserable raises your risk of endrometrial cancer, specifically endometrial adenocarcinoma. This is due to years of unopposed action of estrogen from estrogen stimulating ovarian cysts. Birth control is a good idea!

This is true, BIRTH control will help like 90% of time in the act of prevention. This runs in my genes.I have a ruptured hemorrhagic cyst. Not fun, pretty painful.I am being taken care of with scrips for pain. Any how, I wasn't aware I can be at risk for that other shit. I know someone that had some problems with that. I am going to be fine though. Still cant help but feel a little worry some.

I think I am just freaking myself out from the general over all consistent pain how ever I am wondering if any one knows much about this condition and could possibly answer back about the tingling. Most pain is in my back side now and is tingling, has been for about a day and a half. I am not sure my sour stomach is from me stressing out but I have one again. Do I REALLY need to call a doc.

That sucks. Hope you're alright.
If you're worried about your health, definitely go to the doctor.

>>Do I REALLY need to call a doc.
It could be a good idea, especially if you're sexually active. One of the worries of a doctor who is presented with a woman, especially a sexually active woman with cramping and pain with a history of PCOS, is that she is worried her patient has an ectopic pregnancy. It's worthy of ruling out. Plus having had much scarring and other problems associated with PCOS (like adhesions) could raise your risk of ectopic gestations. Ruptured ovarian cysts are painful and are usually benign but can cause significant hemorrhaging in more rare events if they've become sufficiently vascularized. If you are in severe pain and you are concerned it's worth going to see the doctor. Having ruptured cysts can cause fistulas and adhesions of your organs (fistulas are tubes connecting your organs, adhesions are your organs sticking together by scar tissue). Rupture PCOS cysts near the ovaries will cause what's caused a Chocolate cyst, it's a large clotted bloody cyst that will cause a lot of pain because blood irritates the lining of the organs in that area.
Good luck
