its pretty crazy the stupid shit cops get to write tickets for, and the invasion of our lives with twists to laws
it would be nice if we could avoid bloodshed with a system that actually works, as it stands the police force has turned into a buisness that basically writes its own rules. i can't really think of anything they can't write a ticket for if they tried hard enough

well if your going to be stupid enough to pull the trigger you'd be even stupider to not be going for the kill, because if you miss or only wing them, they are going to take your ass out instead. thats what they are trained to do, soon as you fire, they go for the kill 99% of the time

As much as I hate cops and see them as different people (as also mentioned by foods), I don't wish them death, I just ignore them and wish that they continue to stay the fuck away from me.
Funny/scary offtopic bit I felt like adding in: Two nights ago I was stuck riding on my way to my girlfriend's at like 10pm or so, stuck behind these slowass cars. I wait and wait until I reach the passing lane, where I ride about 100mph or so to pass them all in that short zone, when a siren and blue lights start blaring on the shoulder. Ok, I only have a motorcycle permit, which doesn't provide for night driving, is not on me, and probation just ended; they're NOT getting more money and jailtime from me. I speed up to about 130, swerve off on a side road to my girl's house, a cat runs in front of me, I brake hard and hit the fucker going like 80. Bike went skyward and I landed sideways but kept control. Scared me shitless.

I know cops are people too, but I feel no sympathy whatsoever.
I don't support murder either. What that guy did was fucked up.
But to be completely honest.. while watching that video... I thought "good.. Somebody has to do it."
You make it your business to enforce stupid laws and fuck people over, expect to get shot to death in a mini-mart.
I realize I'm probably in the minority here and my opinion isn't a popular one.
Too many people are scared of the police. We need the police to be more scared of the people.
I've seen too many peoples live fucked over by cops. I know some of them are actually good people, but that doesn't change my feelings.
One of my high school friends was shot dead by a cop, in the back.. when he had committed no crime. He was just walking away from the cop accosting him (because the guy was hispanic), the cop didn't like that so he shot him 4 times in the back and the back of the head and killed him. It was a huge thing on the news, and the cop didn't even get in trouble. He straight up murdered an innocent (and completely unarmed) and good kid for no reason at all and he just got expelled from the force (after a year of the victim's families suing the shit out of the force). The police force basically tried to cover it up, and protect the cop that shot the guy. And we are talking a major police force in a very influential part of the country.
The same cops also murdered my best friends dog. Just shot it in the head because it went after them when they illegally tried to get on my friends property without a warrant. The dog was just doing what was in its nature - protecting his owner. You shoot a cop dog for going after you and see how far that gets you.
They are nothing but thugs that are above the law and can get away with almost whatever they want, for the most part... In my experience.
Fuck the police.

I am in all agreeance with the fact that cops abuse there power, but somebodys got to do it. I know im not going out to settle down riots after football games, or chasing some speeding driver with a gun, and a baby in the backseat down.
They do put there life on the line, and most are good natured and want to generally help. Its becuase of there skewed perspective on how to help that they are seen as the enemy.
No one deserves what happened to those two...no one.

I agree in theory.
But where do we draw the line? Just let the cops run rampant and do whatever they want with no fear of repercussion from the people?
Lay down and let them do as they please? He who has the gun, makes the rules?
People don't seem to have a very big issue with us going over to other countries around the world and blowing the shit out of brown people for questionable reasons.
But when it's at home it's a whole different story.
The right to bear arms exists for one reason - for the public to protect themselves against tyranny in government.
And no matter how you spin it, someone is going to see cops as the enemy.
You carry a gun for a living, expect to get shot.

What happened here was wrong plain and simple imo.
Listen, the cops have a job and that's to enforce the law no matter how pathetic the law may be. If you really want to change the law then get into politics or start a grassroots campaign. I don't think a cop deserves to be murdered for doing his job.

No, it angers me when anyone gets murdered that doesn't deserve it. True, some people make a bigger deal when it's a cop. I'm not trying to, I just try to extend the same respect to them that I'd give anyone who was murdered in cold blood.
