Drug testing after doing shrooms

So, I got a call today for a job offer which I accepted.  Only catch is a drug test which must be completed withing 48 hours.

I took a small amount (not sure exactly how much, but the trip only lasted about 6 hours total) at 8:00 PM last night.  I have until Thursday at 5:00 to take the test. 

Is their anything I can do to help make sure all Psilocybin is out of my system?  They didn't give any specifics on what kind of test it would be or anything, but after doing a google search of the company I'm accepting I think it'll be a urine test.

From what I've read, the likelihood that the test will even target psilocybin is very very small.  The test probably just looks for your standard stuff (i.e. opioids, cocaine/crack, meth/speed, and THC).  I doubt you have anything to worry about.

id be more worried about weed in your piss than mushrooms, very few drug tests look for mushrooms.

It's not going to be in it, there is a way to test for mushrooms. But it's not going to be in a drug test with multiple drugs.

Most likely you'll be test for opiums, amphetamines, THC, PCP, and perhaps benzos, and morphines. Which all will be out of your body within 2 1/2 weeks.

I promise you they will never find evidence of mushroom use in a drug test unless they are looking specifically for it.
