hey guys just want to know about st. johns wort. Is it an effective anti depressant? can I still roll and trip on it. I take 5htp right now are there any weird interactions? Just want to know cause right now im on probo and not smoking I think makes me depressed just a little. Anyone care to answer? can I get it at gnc? Is it really a wort?

It seems to be hit and miss. Some people respond quite well to it, some not so much. I felt it was pretty effective for mellowing anxiety and depression back when I used it. I don't think there's any cross dangers with 5 htp (not sure about psychedelics / e), but run a quick search to be safe. I got mine at GNC.
