2nd wbs attempt a few questions

I'm about to inoculate my 2nd batch of wbs jars. I had a couple questions before I start. When ousting my still air box should I Oust then load my supplies in or Oust with supplies already loaded in? I'm using polyfill lids after I flame sterilize the needle can I just inoculate through the polyfill without cooling it? or should I push a little bit of solution through it before inoculating.
One more thing the jars from my first attempt got wet spot. Pretty sure it was because I didn't bother to soak just rinsed and simmered. Anyway They are completely colonized except the bottoms of the jars. I was wondering if I could use them for spawning an outdoor bed? Or if I should just toss them? Sorry for the newbish questions thanks in advance for the help.

clean the interiors of your still air - glovebox with alcohol bleach whatever u have . spray oust (with your equipment inside), cover the arm holes and let it sit , then work on it . If you inoculate when it is hot some of the polyfill will melt and stick to your needle may result in a gap at your filter , avoid it , if you flamed the needle give it a swap with alcohol which also helps cooling it down , and then inoculate , For your jar with wet spot problems , yes you can use them on outdoor beds just make a search for it and see how people managed it . peace

Oust with your supplies loaded in.
There's nothing wrong with being a newb, just as long as you're not a n00b.

dont use anything in your glovebox, especially flamable substrances like aclohol and bleach.
Lots of people have learned the hard way, glovebox explosions are not nice, especially if you use gloves (and you really shold use gloves)
You dont need to use anything, soapy water is fine, leave the walls damp. Remember, its a still air box. it works because theres no draughts or currents to kick up contaminants into the air. spores will settle to the bottom of your still air box and stay there. No contamns in the air contamination doesnt get in your shit.
All you need to do is wipe it clean, put your stuff in, close up and leave it for 10 minutes then come back and work away.
Flame your needle outside of the glovebox, it wills stay hot enough to kill anything that may land in the time it takes to get your syringe inside. Ive had needles still glow red hot for a few seconds after being inside the glovebox. No need to wipe it down with a dirty alcohol paper towerl. its sterile, leave for a few seconds to cool and give a small squirt to cool. Usually you want to inoculate when the syringe is still hot, but polyfill does metl so i would use a drop to cool the needle. Dont wipe it.
Dont forget to wipe you jar lids with alcohol before inoculating.
save the oust/bleach/lysol for keeping your work area (and the rest of your place) sanitised.

i found out (my experiences ) that my polyfill jars tend to contaminate more then my tyvek+microporte tape jars . maybe i cant get the hang of how much polyfill should be stuck in a hole or something else , dont know but tyvek is definitely better for me , keeps me away from bothering myself if the filter is too tight or too loose. peace
