Mushroom identification please

Today i was walking around a little pond and next to the water bed and under a tree there were these mushrooms. Im pretty sure they arent magic mushrooms, but u never know. If anyone can help, PLEASE!!!
i found them in colorado on a overcast/sunny day, past few days were rainy and nasty. There was a tree covering them and there was gross shitty water arond them. caps are about the size of my palm, and stems are about as long as my hand and as thick as my thumb.
Please help me!!!

Those dont look magical at all.. look like the ones I see on the ground sometimes here in southern California.

Look for signs of blue bruising... but wait for someone with more knowledge to let you know what's up.

Don't eat until then..

Some kind of Coprinus maybe? I haven't seen coprinus growing in a cluster before, but the gooey looking gills are making me think coprinus.

Maybe Coprinopsis atramentaria. The last two I'm not sure.
