I am elated about this cause. I hope it spreads far and wide before any more states make it illegal. happy spreading!

I would love to start my own salvia project. If anyone has cuttings for sale/donation I would be glad to give this a try. Unfortunatly it will be quite cold here soon so the sooner it could come in the mail the better.

I wish it were proliferatable in a wider variety of climates. Sure, I can grow it but it sure is finicky. I wish sally would be content if I just stuck her in the ground. be greatful if you can do that and she likes it.

I wonder if the micropropation WS mentioned would be easier than normal soil based rooting. A bit of agar in a test tube and a leaf cutting stuck into the agar. All sterile of course. Or antiobiotics in the agar maybe. I'd imagine it would root in the agar fine. I wonder if this would be more reliable than cuttings. I had issues with trying to root cuttings back in the nineties from ...of the jungle. If anyone remembers them. I haven't tried again since then.
Anyway, I'd be curious about anyone's success in rooting leaf cuttings in agar.

If you make that drug more popular, some stupid kids will smoke it and kill themselves someway and it will then be banned worldwide. And we don't want this to happen do we?

It's already headed that way. The only reason it isn't banned yet, is it's kinda scary and not fun for most people. I think the purpose is to get the plants out there to preserve it before a possible ban does come down.

Perhaps someone would be interested in sending a cutting to Washington? I've cultivated her before and am adamant on keeping her alive.
