 outdoor grow question

im about to do an outdoor grow. i have about 10 brf cakes that i will be using along with some leached cow poo (got it from my bros farm) and straw. i have some gypsum, peat moss, verm and hydrated lime laying around. would it be good idea to add any of those into the mix? if so, about how much and how big should i make my garden? thanks.
also, would coir work better than cow poo?

Read this guys threads on outdoor growing. Hes far from a "trusted cultivator" but hes the king of KISS. If you read his stuff, you'll find he's not hung up on precise recipes or practices outdoors.

As to your situation, it sounds like you have gathered what you need to start an outdoor grow already. Using the search feature, you'll notice an entire tab covering outdoor cultivation. I am sure you'll find your answers faster through that, than waiting on someone to tell you their experience here. Most people (vast majority) on this forum are doing the indoor thing. I looked into the outdoor thing, and really loved bluelou! Just for entertainment purposes, read all his threads if for nothing else its a fun read. Best of luck!
