adding powdered ginger to gel caps?

I was watching a show on T.V. a while ago that tested commercial motion sickness pills v.s. natural remadies.


motion sickness has nothing to do with mushrooms really, but neasua reduction could be helpful to many people with sensative stomaches.

so i was thinking it might help some people to add a little dried ginger when grinding up mushrooms to be put in gel caps.

something like .1g of ginger per 1g of mushrooms.
that would mean about .05g in each pill, and so it shouldnt mess up dosing that much. but considering most people take anywhere from 4-10 or more gel caps at a time, thats .2-.5g of ginger and should help out some.

anyone tried this before?

I think it'd be better to just make or buy powdered ginger pills and take them alongside mushroom pills.

Yeah, I read somewhere that like a teaspoon of fresh ginger is fantastic for nausea. If you cant get that though, maybe a dramamine can help? It worked well for me with MG.
