I really enjoyed Layer Cake, one of the best drug dealer movies I've ever seen

Platinum you need to include Natural Born Killers. That's one of the trippest/best movies to watch on any drug

Altered States, its a TOTAL B rate movie but lots of lols
oh and Getting da munchies, and Da Brothers. Actually all those listed are pretty B rate but still good for laughs

I love the scene where he meets the girl in the club and his watching while she's dancing to music.
It's a movie where you watch it for the second time and connections are made that
don't necessarily defeat the purpose of watching it for the second time.
Great movie!

best drug movie is the first half of BLOW. next is this one movie about druggies in vermont. i forget what it is called but it is the bees.
