 Herbal Smoke Blends

Do we even have any solid smoke blends that we can dub 100% safe?? It seems kinda risky just grinding up a handful of herbs and smoking it...there are most definitely good herbs out there for this specific desire, but what herbs can we dub as "a safe mixture"??

^^ maybe to an extent. i will say that smoking an all-natural, all-herbal blend of medicinal plant-life sounds miles ahead of the game compared to being a frequent cigarette smoker like i could have been. and im not knockin u cig smokers, i enjoy a natural Nat Sherman from time to time myself. just feel like the positive gain of an herbal smoke from time to time is a very positive thing for me...and thats the word

I had a thread on some smoking blends once because I too wanted something to smoke that wasn't cigs, just simply because I enjoy blowing smoke from time to time. Check it out, might be what you are looking for.

I make my own blends broheim!
Mine contains: mugwort, mullein, motherwort, cannabis, salvia, wormwood and lion's tail.
Also, it tastes great and is very relaxing!

Weed and only weed maybe
And maybe a tiny bit of HG rustica sometimes
And salvia
And opium
Thats the only herb/herbal extracts worth smoking imo
try and find some Knat thru some ethiopian guys or what not. its nice to chew if you like speedyness.

^^ Very cool Jair. we have a similar topic posted indeed. i've got plenty of legal herbs, its just a matter of "what the fuck kind of effect are these herbs going to have long-term in comination with x, y,and z'. it's probably safer to not mix too many and keep it fairly standard and see how each herb affects you. something about mixing too many together sounds like it could have too varied of an effect on you
