I am trying to case some Brown Rice flour cakes, Should I dunk the cakes in water for 24 hours before crumbling them up? Or should I just crumble them up without dunking them in water for 24 hours? What do yall think is better?

you shouldn't need to dunk your bulk sub will have enough moisture

I just dunked some BRF cakes and crumbled them last week. I picked them last night!!
The flush seemed decent for a 1 cake casing. I've always heard it's better to just dunk and case whole but I've never had any luck with cakes alone.
