The program talks about the need to reconsider marijuana policy in light of things like logic and science. Some local stations refused to air it. Says Steves in the release:

The networks' refusal to sell us time when we could engage more viewers on the issue of our nation's failed drug war strengthened my conviction that contributing to this project was good citizenship.

Congrats also the ACLU and producer Michael Cuddy, as the program won two Silver Tellys one Bronze Telly at the aptly named Telly Awards. (There is no Gold Telly, so tweak your meter accordingly.)
