 Crazy black shrooms, pasture find

Habitat:
Black angus cow pasture, near charlotte, NC. Just found this morning scattered throughout the entire pasture. i'd say hundreds. They seemed to grow on both the ground and dung in the field.
Gills:
Black gills going very close to but not touching the stem in the center. Black on the outside, pink towards the center.
Stem:
White/gray stem, about 3-6 inches in height, hollow. black or dark bruises.
Cap:
Black, white and pink on the top/center, about 3 inches in diameter, very very mushy/brittle. they just about fall apart when you touch them, leaving a nasty black inky residue (as can be seen in one of the pics) Caps seem dead-looking in every stage, from newly opened buttons to full grown.
Spore print color:
Awaiting print.
Bruising:
Dark, almost black.
Other information:
Smells like a normal mushroom, just strange overall though. I'm pretty sure its not edible in any way, but whatever it is i wanna know. they're everywhere in this one pasture.
