Yes, any bar is good for random sex, especially a big city like new york.
*Go to a bar, particularly one that has a lot of college age people. Not only are college girls hot, 99% of them are alcoholics and use the, "I was so drunk last night," excuse to fuck random strangers.
*Pick out a drunk girl, the sluttier looking the better. Make sure she doesn't have a boyfriend with her.
*Get a drink, even if you don't plan on drinking it you look more approachable with a beer in your hand.
*Start up some random small talk: I like your tattoo, the band here sucks tonight, haven't seen you around here before so thought I'd say hi. Just whatever to break the ice, if she's drunk enough she won't really care what you say anyway and will like that you're giving her attention.
*Steer the conversation towards the sexual side, talk about the craziest places you've had sex at, etc. The point is to get her to start thinking about sex.
*Make subtle moves to get her warmed up to you, put your hand on her arm, lean in close to talk to her, tickle her, tell her you like her hair and then run your fingers through it, again whatever seems appropriate.
*If you can tell that she's interested but still has some inhibitions then offer to buy the next round of drinks and keep em coming.
*If you feel like she's drunk enough or if it's about closing time at the bar then offer to invite her back to your place to watch a movie or whatever. If you aren't comfortable asking straight out then say something like, "I'm not tired yet, I wish there was somewhere to go/something to do." Most of the time she'll invite you back to her place.
