this is what's happening:
i got some extra mush, i gave some to friends, some to family free. ate some. still i got a surplus and i'm nervous sitting on it.
so i told some friends (that i trust) that i'm thinking of selling some, not by eights but at least 10g or more.
i got a guy i know on and off for 2-3 years, met him when he told how he got busted for a few plants etc, wanted to buy spore syringes cause he knows jack about making them so i said i'll make him a syringe
but
i couldn't find my prints cause after growing a large batch i dismantled my grow & hid the prints because i'm paranoid
so i said if he wanted to buy just mush instead, he agreed
now i'm about to sell but i'm still paranoid
i have no criminal record and i don't think the law is listening because they've had ample opportunity to bust me during the grow due to some mistakes i made about keeping it down low
it's just the idea of "dealing" that kind of makes me a bit sick but i really need the $$$
i'm not a bad person goddamit

guy its one thing "to have a connection to get shrooms" its a completely differnt ball game if people know you have prints and syringes and the capability to manufacter.

I tried selling, made a few hundred bucks, thought it wasn't worth the trouble/risk and decided to quit.
*Is selling mush easy money? Yes, it's pretty much 99% profit if you grow. Shrooms are much cheaper then growing weed and you can easily grow a qp in a month with a small closet op.
*Is it fun being everyone's favorite friend because you have the hookup? Definitely, you get smoked up for free, stoner girls want to fuck you, and you're invited to lots of parties where you can make a ton of money selling to high/drunk people.
*Is it worth the paranoia? IMO, no. My first mistake was letting a friend know I grew, and of course he told someone else, then they told their friends. People I barely knew were then calling me up trying to bargain to get better deals since, "You grow it man, it's free for you."
*Is it worth the risk? Hells to the no. Nothing is worth risking jail time, getting a felony charge, and fucking up your chance to get a decent job for the rest of your life.
Say a stupid kid who has never tripped before eats a 1/4th and runs into the streets naked screaming about the universe collapsing or thinks he's overdosing and dials 911. No way he's going to take the fall for you if he can get charges dropped by naming the "drug dealer" who sold him the shrooms.
In that regard it's safer selling people weed/coke/e/meth/h than shrooms/acid.

Great advice.
The best drug to sell really is weed.
Its MUCH less likely to come back to bite you than anything else. There is good profit margin on it, cops often don't really care, everyone wants it, its socially acceptable and people buy it really often.

If you constantly give things away for free, people will eventually take advantage of you. Also, if you are giving them away for free it suggests to everyone that you are growing them.
Some should be given away for free, and some should be charged at reasonable prices.

I guess you could just grow a bunch, sell a bunch to the one person, stop growing until all the boomers are moved for security, then repeat...
