A Washington lawyer says he wants $250,000 for a video allegedly showing Vice President Joe Biden's daughter, Ashley, snorting cocaine.
Tom Dunlap, a lawyer with Dunlap, Grubb and Weaver, is representing the owner of the video, which reportedly has been seen by several news organizations, including the New York Daily News and RadarOnline.com
The video allegedly shows Biden, 27, snorting three lines of cocaine at a private party in Wilmington, Del., where she is a social worker with the state Department of Children, Youth and Families and a board member of the Delaware YWCA, the News reported Sunday.
The 2-minute video allegedly was taken this year, RadarOnline reported Sunday.
Ashley Biden was arrested for marijuana possession in New Orleans in 1999 and the charges were later dismissed, the News reported, noting neither Ashley Biden nor her father, who is in Chile for a summit, were available for comment on the video. (c) UPI

If this video gets released we can forget about making any headway on the scheduling of marijuana. This is the same thing that happened during the Carter administration, a drug scandal made Carter abandon his plans on decriminalizing marijuana.

She can do coke if she wants. People need to chill the fuck out and stop worrying about political figures and celebrities. Theyre not super human. They do the same things we do.
People need to fucking get over this shit and live their own damn lives. Things like this shouldnt even make it in the news.

Biden is the most ridiculous of drug warriors (well maybe barr, but I like him).
Wait for comments that this is a private matter and yada yada yada. Bullshit. His laws could seize the place she was snorting coke in and arrest the owners.
Total crap.
She does not deserve ridicule unless she supported her father's political ambitions, but Joe sure does, for the hypocrasy that is sure to follow. It is going to be a private family matter with him, but a public criminal matter leading to mandatory incarceration and asset seizure with anyone else.
This should not be dropped- not to humiliate the child, but to humiliate joe.

The "child" is 27 years old; though I agree with your statement. His daughter is an unfortunate victim that will help show the idiocy of the drug war.
