Non-Cubensis Indoor cultivations?

I know obviously that a few Psilocybes have been successfully fruited indoors, I also know that there are some of the linginous eating species which prefer being outdoors, and are difficult to fruit indoors but will colonize, sometimes pin, etc.
The strains I have seen cultivated indoors are:
Pan. Cyan (duh) Ps. Weilli Ps. Samuiensis (i thought, i could be wrong - this is just recollection) Ps. subaeruginosa in the works at least (not sure if anyone else has done this one, saw CdC - i believe i saw peace_patrol had done it as well) Pan. Trop
are there any i'm missing (i'm sure there are)?
also, i was curious what strains had been attempted indoors with failures. I would like to maybe try some new species that have not been attempted indoors, and failed or completed.
If anyone or anyones could help me compile this list, then perhaps we can have some more systematic write ups such as aarons of weilli, and get a few new species into the cultivation loops. Clean prints, etc.
Thanks in advance.

These species (not strains) have also been cultivated: Psilocybe mexicana, Psilocybe tampanensis, Psilocybe cyanescens

I want to try to cultivate Ps. Baeostycis indoor, apparently workman has done it (there are pictures on www.sporeworks.com, but no writeup, which is what I'm after).
I am going to try to get myself some sporeprints from natural specimens and go to agar, instead of cloning tissue -> grain (which i have in the works right now, but was done very very cheesily).

You could try PM'ing him, I would imagine he'd help.
