While we're on the topic of food, does anyone have an eating routine that they more or less stick to every day? I do, and I like it. I don't typically get bored with it, but most people who know me think I'm weird/a little crazy for it. Here we go: Meal 1: -Goji Berries -Banana -Cereal as described above Meal 2: -A few olives stuffed with jalapeņos -Sandwich: Ezekiel Bread with organic ground almond butter and an organic all-fruit spread -A tomato -Kefir (soon to cut that out of diet after I finish it off) Meal 3: -Orange -Baby Carrots -Can of tuna -Few tablespoons of hemp seeds Meal 4: -2 eggs -Bell pepper -More Goji Berries Meal 5: -Granny Smith Apple |
