yep, pot is definatly a powerful addiction for some, but so what? I don't think the state has any right to interfere in private matters, and they certainly don't have the right to tax me for futile interdiction efforts. The huge spending, I think something like 50 billion, directly related to drug war crap in the USA is a waste, and immoral. It can't be said with any certainty that those w/ marijuana addictions wouldn't find another pursuit to waste time on, and its of no consequence anyways. You have no right to demand economic benifts from them, nor they you, and this includes things like lost productivity and stuff commonly cited. |
