I liked the article. It may take some things at face value instead of making excuses for the increased crime at that shop, but for the most part it addresses exactly what it intended to. State Vs. Federal. Also because it doesn't seem to take a side either way, I believe there was a lot of valid info that most anti-druggers would otherwise ignore. Mr. Ross' case is especially interesting.
