I am not claiming that the combo was or was not causal. A person mixed two things and died. One thing by itself could be the cause. The other thing by itself could be the cause. Both things together could be the cause. Neither thing could be the cause. We simply do not have enough data to determine what was causal and what was not. It is just as wrong for us to jump to conclusions as it was for the media to automatically label the combo as the cause of death.
