I know this can sound annoying but just really look, if some huge emotion comes up, your aware of it when it arises, when its in full force your still aware (to some extent), then when it passes your still aware. So just stay as the awareness, come back and say what you have to even if its "your pissing me off now" but still stay as the awareness of that! Put it into practice & see, that was the best advice i got in my life to "stay as the awareness", the simplest advice i find is the most profound ![]() |
