I forgot my body behind.

I must say this came right out of the blue.
I think I may have experienced my first out of body experience, and I was completely sober!

It felt extremely realistic; I basically woke up at my cousins house (which I have been staying at a lot recently) and I started to lift from the bed.
I could not see my body at all, its as if only my vision existed yet I was able to feel inertia.
The ceiling was breathing as it would on acid/shrooms although everything was dark and almost monochrome.
The moment I blinked for the first time, I woke up in my bed with a massive headspin, smiled at what had just happened and went back to normal REM sleep.

Not sure what could have triggered it although I had been drinking the night before and had waken up earlier than usual to complete an assignment.
