Trishing is the combo that is fishing and tripping-seemingly made for each other, both offering introspection and a casual air for dickin' around.
On one hit of blotter, I went to my friend's girl's lakeside house where we broke out the bowl and fishing pole.
Water in highdefintion with waves that could either appear to be still or moving provided enough substance to make catching a fish the Icing on the cake.
I caught me a 3 pound Catfish(meow!), which I threw back; I would have gutted for consumption but no knives were available. A highlight was when the swans and their babies made us reel in our casts.
While my friend was unhooking a well-timed caught fish with the swans at shore, he kicked it in and it hit the swan in the face! Swans are cockfaces, anyway. Gettin' all belligerent at the ducks nearby. It looked like the ducks were talkin' shit on the swans.
Also , the expendable life of our bait, as well as the timeless act of fishing itself made it more refreshing to drink a cold few beers.
