A rough ride may be what we all need

This trip happened a few months ago. I'm recollecting now in hope to finally bring the experience to a close, and move on and enjoy my experiences.
It was rather late at night, 12 o'clock or so. I was anxious to dive back into the mushroom realm. The bag unrolled. There they were: brown - golden beauties. Alongside me there was "A" and "B". My friend A was there with me during our first trip together. This was B's first trip, and I was excited and pleased to be there with him - to accompany him in his jump to another world.
Out of sheer anticipation and foolishness, I quickly ate what was in the bag. I didn't eat prior to trip. Only some light breakfast earlier on in the morning. Probably my first mistake. I quickly washed them down with orange juice. Another mistake.
It was raining out, so we all sat on the couch. We just talked, listened to music. We began getting giddy. It was slowly beginning to kick in. That subtle change that's hard to recognize, it was there. So we threw sleeping bags and blankets down. Threw Finding Nemo into the TV projector. Then we patiently awaited for the aquatic theme to take over.
At first it was all good. The water effects flooded the room. But then the barracuda came. And all hell broke loose. "A" muttered; "oh my god..guys, i forgot about the barracuda scene! oh shit!" Then he came. Instantaneously. "B" jumped onto the couch and threw the blanket over himself, laughing. "A" jumped over and behind the couch, laughing as well.
I couldn't move. I flinched, and fluttered. But couldn't look away. When I managed to close my eyes, horrific visions overtook my eyes. I saw needles and knives being drove into my friends brothers arm. It seem he was committing these acts because of the way we treated him.
So, I opened up my eyes. I was completely nauseated. Sadly, I just didn't have the strength to walk. I forced myself to sleep. For maybe 15 minutes. My only tranquility I've seen in quite some time. I remember mushroom men building pyramids.
When I awoke, I needed to rush outside. I couldn't use the bathroom, for I didn't wish to be rude and wake any one up. The rain pelted the dead leaves, as well as my head - and my friends. I walked into the woods a bit and began throwing up. The first time in my life I felt satisfied with throwing up.
We walked back inside, to find "B" sleeping under the air mattress. I forced myself asleep again. I needed the adventure to be over.
What I learned: Be ultra careful with set, setting, and dose. Being outside was so rejuvenating, and for now on 90% of trips will take place outdoors. Maybe alien-forms did help build the pyramids.
Thank you, if you made it this far!
