Question regarding the cooking of cubes
    #8967595 - 09/22/08 10:41 AM (2 months, 9 days ago)

I recently took a trip to a pasture not far from my house and loaded up a plastic sack full of fun little guys.  Unfortunately I don't have any way to store/dry them.  I live in a home with other people who would not be very tolerable of me being in possession of the mushrooms, so drying and freezing them is out of the question.  I would like to make some sort of concoction that is easy to make, and easy to store.  If anyone has some recipes that are relatively simple but still fun I would really appreciate it.  Thank you in advance!

Sincerely,

Noved

I had some mushroom chocolates that were really good.  The mushrooms were ground, I don't have the recipe.

I'd like to try grinding them into a powder as well but I'm not sure how to go about doing that...
is it possible with the fresh mushrooms or do they need to be dried first?
