rice noodles question

I was woundering if there an alternative way to steam these guys. I know you soak the rice and blend it to make a batter. I dont have a steamer that would accomidate the size of the batter when spread out. is there a way to steam it in a large frying pan or a diffrent way? also how do you cut/strech these guys, thanks.
