for those virgin's who dont know what a gin and tonic is , let me pronounce; 2parts gin - ice - 2 parts tonic or equal parts as gin + lime = happyness

That's funny.

I'm just off work and drinking gin too.

Fill glass with ice.

Fill 1/3-1/2 with gin, preferably Bombay Sapphire.

1 dash of Rosie's Sweetened Lime Juice.

Top w/ sprite.

Soooooooo goooooood.

I've had regular Bombay before.

But I honestly think Bombay Saph is the best gin in the world.

I just love it to death.

The fact that it is over-proof is just icing.

Sapphire is awesome, but I prefer real lime to Rose's.

Rosie's Lime is essential! Real limes aren't limey enough.

Pfft. Plymouth gin is the best. As for tonic water, I don't know. As long as there's no artificial sweeteners (I wonder if refined sugar ought to be counted as one, certainly not healthy on it's own) then I'm happy.

Sounds nice, I'd like it, but that's no gin and tonic.

I'm more of a vodka guy.

Vodka tonics with lime for me.

Wyborowa, Absolut, Greygoose all work for me.

stolichnaya is by far my favorite vodka, hands down, some of the other top shelf vodka's that are claimed to be the worlds best, like Ketel One, to me taste horrible I mean some plastic bottle rack shelf vodka's like fleischman's taste better. But vodka connoisseurs are strange.

I don't drink much vodka at all, due to severe overconsumption as a teenager.

But I am partial to Svedka, when I drink it.

Same story here.

Strangely enough, I was that way w/ gin for awhile as well. The first time I was drunk was when me and some friends scored a huge bottle of Seagram's Extra Dry when I was probably 13 or 14.

I remember it was supposed to be beer, but it instead we got 1.75 of gin, and none of us knew what gin was.

I think all of us were pukingly drunk in 20 minutes. It was a bad scene.

And that ruined me on gin for almost 10 years. Still haven't tried any Seagram's again.

LOL... reminds me of a day when I happened upon a handful of Seagram's gin single shot plastic shooters and brought them to the arcade in early high school. Like pine needles in a bottle it was! Some of my friends have been scarred for life from those early gin experiences, but I rather enjoy the stuff these days. Forget the tonic water though, either straight up or with juice for me.

huh, Never had that one, I actually haven't been drinking much lately due to cutting weight and quititng smoking. I'm going to ease back into drinking a ton of vodka and i'll be sure to buy multiple brands to find my gold standard.

Wyborowa, greygoose and absolut are my favs atm.

yeah I've tried most of everything top shelf around here, and stolichnaya is still by far my favorite. With stolichnaya you can drink it straight on the rocks and its that smooth that its delicious.
