I just got a case of their sauce smuggled down to
my by way of the underground bbq railroad.
it's what I call a short marinade.
it's STRONG, so strong a quick soak and minimal
basting will imbue a deep flavor great on steaks,
chicken and fish (salmon...mmmm).
Keep an eye out for them.
