Best Choice?

I was wondering what would be the best chocolate for making cubensis chocolate bars. I know cubes are not a gourmet mushroom but I figured because of the chocolate it would be fine. Anyway I was wondering if you could just use cheapo bar chocolate or if you needed something better. Thanks

oh you definetly need the finest organic dark chocolate available, perferably raw cacao beans from a small farm... only the best for those cubes!

I highly recommend Raw Cacao Beans... They are a bitch to find locally unless you live in a large city or somewhere very very hip... You can order them offline from rawfood.com or search you can find deals.. cheapest i found was $13/lb at http://www.stoneandgiacomotto.com/ but supposedly the rawfood.com one's are the best, for twice the price...
Here's an easy super awesome recipe. 1 Part cubie powder (ie cubies in a coffee grinder, which you'll need to do anyway) 2 Part raw cacao powder And as much honey to get it to a really nice fudge like consistency..
MMmmmmm so yummy it can be quite dangerous! have fun
