It's a torrent, but it was so compelling and informative I thought that it had to be posted on this sight. It is practical information for any person to know and understand about the legal implications and possible slanted questioning to be aware of when speaking to a cop. Anyone who visits this sight should know this information.

Thanks for the Link.
I now have the Barry Cooper vid, the ACLU vid, and soon enough this vid.
Does anyone else have links to videos such as above?
I don't really agree with cooper's view but have it to fill out the collection.
If it is wanted I will post the link to cooper's vid, as I have not seen it on here.
Once again, does anyone have video's such as these that aren't listed?

You shouldn't speak with police unless you have been the victim of or witness to a serious crime.
Except for the exceptions above, always invoke unless you want to cooperate.

yea it's a pretty good summary of the presentation, but it would help still to watch as it was a great way to understand how things that you could hypothetically say or do could implicate you.
